Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of voicedesign.lol (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

The Service signs you in with Google. You are responsible for the Google account you use, for keeping access to it secure, and for everything that happens under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live, to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

VoiceDesign is a paid service. Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Plan features, including the monthly voice credit allowance, are described on the pricing page and may be updated as the Service evolves.

4. Credits and usage limits

Each plan includes a credit allowance that is consumed by voice design runs and saved voices. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless your plan states otherwise, and credits have no cash value.

5. Acceptable use

You are responsible for everything you create, save, or publish with the Service.

• Do not clone, design, or publish the voice of a real person without their permission, or use a voice to impersonate someone.
• Do not use the Service for fraud, harassment, hate speech, or content that is illegal where you or your audience are located.
• Do not attempt to bypass credit metering, resell access, or overload the Service.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the voice briefs, scripts, and voices you create, subject to the rights of any third-party material you include. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the Service, for example to store, process, and return the content you save.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, add, or remove features, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. voicedesign.lol is an independent third-party website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by any other voice AI provider.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination and contact

You may stop using the Service at any time, and you may cancel your subscription from your billing settings. We may terminate your access if you materially breach these terms.
